On behalf of all Dalkia Brasil employees, I commit to promote our company's progress through sustainable development. Proximity with the client, service quality, workplace safety and social-environmental responsibility are essential elements of our culture and our daily work. Through an integrated management system, we highlight the following commitments:
- Measure and seek our clients' satisfaction. We have permanent contact with them and present our commercial proposals to offer guaranteed long term results.
- Manage the quality of our service, be transparent in our communication and constantly strive to improve. We honor our commitments and identify the best solutions for systematic use.
- Maintain workplace safety above our own priorities. Train, communicate, invest, correct to prevent and reduce workplace accidents and improve the safety of our employees and clients.
- Respect the law and stay updated on the latest in environmental protection. We control our legal obligations, our environmental impact, we inform our clients and use Veolia Group standards when these are the highest examples.
- Maintain and develop our employees. Each employee is a representative of our company, who we hear, train and develop based on team spirit.
- Understanding, applying and maintaining the management systems is a responsibility of each Dalkia Brasil employee and director. The validity of our procedures and results are periodically checked by our management and directors, as well as by an independent auditor based on the international ISO norms.
